Any use of the Website constitutes agreement to these Regulations, including the terms and restrictions contained in them.
The Regulations may change from time to time, and the user must keep up to date with the Regulations on every entry to the Website. Browsing the Website and/or using it in any manner constitutes agreement to the terms of the Regulations and an undertaking to act in accordance with them. It is clarified that the Regulations constitute a legally binding agreement for all intents and purposes and bind the user in respect of all of their uses of the Website.
What is stated in these Regulations in the masculine form is for convenience only, and the Regulations refer to both genders equally.
The services provided through the Website are subject to the terms detailed in these Regulations.
The very act of ordering services on the Website shall constitute a declaration by the customer that they have read the provisions of these Regulations, understood them and agreed to them. The Regulations constitute a binding contract between the user and the Website Management.
The Services
The Website enables purchasing services for Judaica products, STaM (sacred scribal items) and art.
Services may be ordered by contacting the Website Management, subject to its availability, and the Company is entitled to discontinue its services at any time.
Eligibility to use the Website applies to any citizen who has reached the age of 18. Ordering will be possible for a person who holds an active bank account and/or a valid Israeli credit card and who has an email inbox whose address will be provided at the time of purchase on the Website. A minor performing actions shall be deemed a minor who has received the permission of their parents/guardians to make the purchase on the Website.
Cancellations and Changes to Service Types
The policy for cancelling a transaction and returning products is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 5771-2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
Cancellation of an order will be possible up to 24 hours from the time the order was placed, provided that the order has not been dispatched for shipping.
The Website shall be entitled to cancel the supply of an order to a user, with at least two hours’ prior notice. In such a case, the user shall have no claim against the Website.
Notice of cancellation or discontinuation on the part of the Company shall be given to the user, and the Company shall refrain from charging the user’s credit card, or shall refund to them any amount paid in respect of the products, to the extent paid.

The Website Management disclaims all liability for the content written on the Website or for the use of it and its consequences.

The Website Management, as well as sister companies and additional subcontractors acting on behalf of the Company’s management under the same standards, will not make further use of the information for marketing purposes without permission, and it will not be transferred to a third party without the customer’s explicit approval.
The content of the service and the disclosure of personal information during the service will never be revealed to another person or to any entity without written approval from the customer. The Website Management is committed to your privacy, and this privacy is our top priority.
The Company undertakes not to make use of the information provided to it by buyers other than in order to enable the purchase on the sales website and in accordance with all law.
