The “Ot MiShamayim” website (hereinafter: the “Website”) is a website used for the sale of Judaica products, STaM (sacred scribal items) and representative art on behalf of “Ot MiShamayim”, and you are invited to take part in it subject to your agreement to the Terms of Use set out below. In addition, the use of this website, all of its contents and the services offered on it, downloads of files, media such as images and videos, and the various content offered to the visiting public may change from time to time or according to the type of content. The Website Management reserves the right to update the Terms of Use presented below from time to time, without notice or special mention in the Website’s various channels.

The Website, as well as all the information contained in it – including the Website design, the Website code, media files including graphics, videos, images, texts, files offered for download and any other material displayed on the Website – belong in full to the aforementioned Website and constitute the exclusive intellectual property of the “Ot MiShamayim” website, and no use may be made of them without prior written permission from the “Ot MiShamayim” website. In addition, you may not distribute, copy, duplicate, publish, imitate or process pieces of code, graphics, videos, trademarks or any other media and content without holding prior written permission.
